‘Talent Management’ Implementation Planning Workshop
This workshop is designed to identify ‘Gaps in your own Talent Management Strategy’; Build an Outline Talent Management Vision; Assess potential ‘Risks’ of not closing those Gaps for your Business and Determine ‘Actions’ needed to close the gaps and mitigate risks; whilst introducing some tools to assist you along the way.
